We has developed a unique proprietary technology to disperse the powders to a thin monolayer enabling the contamination analysis to be carried out under the best possible conditions. Avoiding the accumulation of multilayer prevents the detection of black specs or any colored contaminant not to escape the watchful sophisticated camera’s ‘eyes” of the Morhious C1.
The Morphious C1 P system is equipped with a back light illumination module,  allowing to measure contamination in transparent granules and also artifcacts in the granules and powders.

All found deviations are sorted into various class sizes which are completely user definable. All options are easily controlled through the relevant menus such as configuration data, software settings and duration of the inspection.
Moreover it is possible to set alarm limits. If these limits are exceeded, a potential-free contact is activated.
